Our mum always had a very unique sense of humour and was loving and supportive to all the family. She was a wonderful wife to our dad Brian and a loving and caring mother to Mike, Sue and Chris. Her relationship with her grandchildren was extremely close and Jade and Samantha were with her constantly during her final days as were all her children and her husband. She has left a huge sense of loss but also of happiness for the years we had this wonderful woman as part of our lives. Her faith in God defined her and the courage and bravery she showed toward the end of her life was quite remarkable. Our mum literally put her faith in God to take her through the end of her life here and the beginning of her life in Heaven. As she closed her eyes on this life she opened them in heaven. It gives us enormous comfort to know she is now with her Lord and Saviour and we will one day be reunited.
